FAQs
How / When do I order?
- Orders need to be placed by the end of the day on Thursday (11.59p.m. CT) for delivery on Sunday. All orders will be placed online through the submission form.
Delivery
- Delivery will be done on Sundays. A text message will be sent the morning of for a confirmation that someone will be home. Delivery times will vary slightly, but should be delivered no later than 4 p.m. Sunday.
Refunds/Cancel Window
- Cancellations must be done within a 24 hour window of receiving the order. Please reach out directly to cancel. Refunds will be a case by case basis.
